Chandeleur was founded in Tallahassee, FL in 2006 as a Registered Investment Advisor firm, a fiduciary for its clients after the managing member, Bryan Trochessett, recognized that people want investment management and other financial advice from someone they trust is truly pursuing their best interests. The purpose of Chandeleur is to provide objective financial advice and investment management for people (and organizations) who want and need it. Chandeleur strives to operate “at a level higher than that trodden by the crowd.” While Chandeleur specializes in investment management and retirement plan consulting, some of the best advice ever delivered has been regarding things like whether or not to buy a home and how to finance it.
Chandeleur, nor its employees, receive ANY commissions for selling anything. As a matter of fact, the only thing we “sell” is advice and management of assets. The advice and management delivered are objective and based solely on what is believed to be in clients’ best interest, similar in objectiveness to that of a doctor delivering advice to a patient. Operating from a home office near Havana, FL, the environment in which the owner works helps him think clearly and objectively, without all the noise and sales-based atmosphere generally common with large financial services firms.
